HOW MY SERVICE WORKS

 

All my prices are fixed and available to see online. I aim to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service and my initial consultation visit is always FREE. This is where I can listen to your ideas and offer free professional advice on how to progress them to completion and the requirements of any necessary planning or building regulations requirements.

 

There are 3 stages to the process of obtaining all relevant permissions:

 

Stage 1

Once appointed to proceed I will carry out a full measured survey of your existing property. I will then produce some initial designs based on your requirements. These will then be issued to you for your review and comments.

Stage 2

Once your design is finalised, I will deal with all the necessary planning documentation and submissions. Planning applications are accompanied by a set of your clear and concise detailed floor plans and elevations along with site location plans, both existing and proposed.

Stage 3

Once planning is granted I will commence to produce detailed drawings for building regulation approval. These will consist of accurate plans and sections with a full specification detailing such things as floor construction, roof construction, insulation details, drainage layouts etc.

Once these are done I will submit for building regulation approval. At this point I can also provide full dimensioned drawings which will be suitable for obtaining prices from builders.

On completion you will have all the necessary approvals to commence the works.

 

My fees are usually paid on completion of each stage which are.

Submission to Building Regulations         30%
